Don't these police officers have any REAL criminals to hunt down???
I mean real criminals that hurt people,
not some schmuck who is using his First Amendment right to
take legal, but politically incorrect photos of women he considers hot.

Police arrested a man on Friday who they say was caught taking pictures up a woman’s skirt while she was shopping at a Tempe Target.
A Tempe Police Department spokesman said Patrick Kennamer, 26, was seen using his cell phone to take the pictures while Friday afternoon following the woman around the store at Tempe Marketplace.
Target security officers called Tempe police to the store near the Loop 202-Red Mountain Freeway and McClintock Drive.
Sgt. Mike Pooley said the victim had no idea that Kennamer had been taking pictures of her while she was shopping.
Kennamer admitted to the crime and was arrested on suspicion of surreptitious videotaping, Pooley said.
Police are concerned Kennamer may have done this before and are urging anyone with information to contact Tempe Police Department at 480-350-8311.
