Valley Metro mixing government and religion with this ad???

Nov 5, 2014

Is Valley Metro mixing government and religion with this ad???

Valley Metro is a government entity in Maricopa County that provides bus service to most of the cities in the Phoenix Metro area. That includes Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Guadalupe, Peoria and a whole bunch of other cities in the West Valley.

I saw this ad at a bus stop on Frye Road & Arizona Avenue in Chandler, Arizona.

Personally I don't have a problem with it. But I suspect that some people will.

The ad isn't promoting or pushing any religion.

The Christians didn't invent angels. They stole the concept of angels from the Hindu religion.

On the other had I wonder are guardian angels a Christian thing, or did the Hindu religion also invent guardian angels like they invented angels.

Here is another Valley Metro ad that I saw which some people might consider mixing government and religion.

I saw this ad on the southwest side of Central Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix, on my way to an Americans United for Separation of Church and State meeting
